Available delivery methods

We work with several carriers to offer you suitable solutions:

• Mondial Relay (France & Near Europe) | Delivery to a relay point with tracking: €5.90. Choose the relay point after ordering.
• Colissimo (France & International) | Home delivery with tracking: €8.80.
• Chronopost Express (France) | Express home delivery within 24 hours.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery times are calculated based on the choice of carrier and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original
original or suitable packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part).

! Package not collected from relay point: If your
package is not collected on time and is returned to us by the
carrier, the amount of return costs charged by the
carrier will be automatically deducted from your refund.

After receipt and verification, the refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days to the initial payment method.
